Our customer Hapo hoisted 2 bridge parts from their floating sheerlegs and mounted them on the rest of the bridge. It is part of a project that will take 5 to 6 years. This bridge is destined for Calais in France.
The Modulifts supplied by Menno Pors on behalf of LGH were used as 1 above 2. At the top a 10 meter beam and below that 2 spreaders of 15,5 meter which had to be converted to 11,5 and 13,5 meter at the 2nd part/section.
Also came the request of the customer to limit the hoisting height. After a calculation we were able to reduce it by 1.80m.
